　　如果词汇量太少，听不懂句子，一定要培养快速猜词的能力。尤其是在阅读测试中，你没有时间反复权衡一个单词的意思。事实上，你不知道很多单词的意思，也不妨碍你理解文章的意思，比如副词和专有名词。本期我们就来讲解一下雅思阅读中的猜词，例子都来自剑桥雅思真题。

　　1.根据定义猜测词义

　　“定义句”的谓语动词多为be, mean, be regarded as, constitute等，有时定义也会通过标点符号的方式在文章中出现
