写作思路

开头段：改写原题

主体段1:动态柱 中国出口的随年代一直增加，起点+终点。Similarly, Australia 出口的也是一直增加，起点+终点   注意对比：中国出口的量大于澳大利亚。

主体段2：后四个类别都呈现增长趋势，  第一组柱保持不变

第二组和第四组增长幅度较大，（分别从…增长到…）第三和第五组柱增长幅度较小（分别从…增长到…）

拓展：Individuals: change attitude 提高对于团队的责任感和忠诚度employers: give positive feedback and improve the sense of belonging。两方一起努力，工作认同感和满意度是可以改变的。
