一份工作可以给人带来很多，例如 including pay，perks and reputation.有些人认为the sense of job satisfaction outweighs that of job security.对人们的well-being很重要。我个人认为，能带给我们成就感sense  of fulfillment的工作优于be  superior to一份稳定的工作stable job.

主体段1：正方观点的展开

如果一份工作stabilize 我们的生活，ensure 我们的accommodation，那这仅仅是earn a  living.只有能够激发我们的热情stimulate our passion，发掘我们的潜能tap our potentials的工作才算是一份真正意义上的职业。举个例子，很多稳定的工作，比如公务员civil servant，稳定的收入稳定的上下班时间，但很多公务员觉得生活每天都在重复空虚无聊失去热情，因此很多人放弃这份工作，自主创业start one’s career，使生活充实并感受到满足live the life to the full。

主体段2

有人认为，如果不保证job security而盲目地追求不现实的理想unrealistic  dreams，那就很有可能会fall into financial difficulties.例如找下一份工作的时候很可能已经离开上一家工作，没有了稳定的收入来源stable salary.但是收入只是工作的一部分，最重要的还是要发展future development，真正的事业发展之后，肯定会有更高的standard of salary.

结尾段：再次亮明观点

To sum up, 我认为increasing people can no longer do a  permanent job. In comparison with a stable job, choosing the careers that our  hearts desire deserves more praises.
