阅读内容：学校打算在 student center安装 solar panel 以达到环保目的听力态度：男生 has mixed feelings for it原因1：利用solar panel提供能源很好很环保原因2：但是会占用student center的空间，感觉很不方便

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: A university is considering requiring students to take public speaking class, no matter what field they study.观点：agree，学校要求学生上public speaking课程有好处（1）拓宽学生的知识面和兴趣面，尤其是在当代社会中，沟通交流能力communication skill是一个很关键的技能crucial skill，掌握一定的交流技能可以极大程度促进学生综合能力的提升full development（2）大学生university student面临就业的压力hunting job，现在很多企业在招聘时候都会通过面试interview的方式来进行，在面试过程中public speaking能力就显得有尤为重要。
University大学开设public speaking课程能丰富自身的课程体系diversified course system，从而提高在招生时候的竞争力，吸引更多学生来报考attractiveness。对方前提条件：学习public speaking course会耽误学生major study的时间对方观点：开设public speaking course不好课程体系分为major course和minor course，public speaking course不会占用很多时间，基本只会发生在学生的spare time中。
